SIDES-----Sesame noodles

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients:
1/2 c peanut oil
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp dry sherry
(cooking sherry)
2 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp chopped onion
1/4 C diced green pepper
1 1/2 pounds spaghetti (angel hair) cooked and drained
toasted sesame seeds.


Instructions:
combine all ingredients except sesame seeds. Toss well and refrigerate 2 hours, stirring occasionally. garnish with sesame seeds just before serving.
