Ingredients:
6 cups flour (or so)
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
4 1/2 tsp yeast (active-dry yeast)
2 1/2 cups water (or sub 1/2 cup water for oil for softer bread)
Instructions:
In a bowl mix 4 cups flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add water/oil.
Knead for ten minutes.
Let rise in covered and sprayed bowl for 1 hour.
Bake at 425 for 25 minutes. (based on size)
