HOLIDAY---Thanksgiving Turkey

Ingredients:
18-20 lb Turkey-thawed
1 C water

Instructions:
stuff with sage dressing if desired.
make a foil tent (heavy foil; not touching the bird) put water in the bottom of the pan put in 350 oven 5 1/2 hours. remove foil during final 50 minutes of cooking.
