Ingredients:
1 German Chocolate Cake mix
1 stick butter
1/3 C milk
6 OZ chocolate chips
14OZ Caramels
Mix cake per directions
Pour 2/3 of the batter into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Melt Caramel, butter, milk. Pour over cake and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Cover with the rest of the cake batter and cook for an additional 20 minutes at 250.
